Managing the Theory of Constraints Way Programme (January - September 2012)
A one year programme to deliver real results through applying the Theory of Constraints
Many companies are using TOC in many areas to deliver real improvements. These improvements are too often limited to local areas and breakthrough whole system solutions and order of magnitude levels of improvement are not achieved.
This one-year programme aims to address this problem, developing people’s ability to facilitate the delivery of real results with TOC through focused improvement projects that will make an impact on the triple bottom line.
The participants will be developed into TOC facilitators. They may now be the leaders of improvement projects, senior managers in companies and government, owners of small to medium sized businesses and aspirant TOC consultants.
The 8 modules covered are (not necessarily in this sequence): Thinking skills, Strategy and Tactics, Finance and measurement, Supply chain, Marketing and sales, Project Management, Managing people and Facilitating improvement

Managing Supply Chains the TOC Way
There are many different types of supply chains for organizations to manage. No matter whether supply chains are small or large, internal or external, in manufacturing, service, or distribution; they are difficult to manage due to statistical fluctuations and dependent events.
Managing Supply Chains - The TOC Way lays out the fundamentals and practicalities of implementing the common sense approaches in Dr. Goldratt's books in an entertaining and interactive way.
